For every chapter, every council

Greek life software, finally built for 2026

The most widely used Greek life software was built before smartphones were common. Greekly is a from-scratch rebuild: clean design, one roster, one login, one place officers actually check. Fraternity, sorority, IFC, Panhellenic, NPHC, multicultural — everyone runs on the same modern stack.

What makes Greek life software different from generic club tools?

Greek chapters are not clubs. A club has members who show up when they feel like it; a chapter has brothers or sisters on a binding contract with semester dues, required-event standards, formal recruitment cycles, pledge or new-member education programs, and a nationals organization that can revoke the charter. Generic club tools don't model any of that — they have an events tab and a messaging tab and a payments tab and no idea how they should work together for a fraternity or sorority.

Greek life software has to understand officer positions with real authority (the treasurer is not a moderator — she's the person Stripe is wired to). It has to model semester cycles, not rolling memberships. It has to handle recruitment as a multi-week, multi-round process, not a single signup form. Greekly was built around those realities from the first line of code.

The categories Greekly replaces

The average Greek chapter is running five to eight tools that don't talk to each other. Greekly collapses that stack:

  • Roster & membership — replaces the Google Sheet nobody updates.
  • Dues collection — replaces the treasurer's personal Venmo and the half-finished Stripe Account.
  • Events & attendance — replaces the clipboard and the iPhone Notes app.
  • Recruitment & rush — replaces paper PNM cards, Excel voting sheets, and the rec chair's memory.
  • Messaging — replaces three GroupMes, a Discord nobody opens, and a group text that keeps losing people.
  • Documents — replaces the shared Google Drive that still belongs to a brother who graduated in 2022.
  • Alumni — replaces the alumni spreadsheet that stopped being updated the year it was made.

The point isn't that each of these tools is individually bad. The point is that when they're stitched together your roster exists in seven places, so nothing is ever the source of truth. Greekly is the source of truth.

Modern Greek life software should also be safe Greek life software

A real chapter platform has to take risk and standards seriously. Greekly supports documented incident reports, standards board records, role-based permissions so the standards chair sees what a general member doesn't, and end-to-end encrypted channels for the sensitive conversations. Officer transitions don't erase the record — the next executive board inherits it.

The in-app AI assistant is read-only and scoped to each member's own chapter. It can surface your dues balance or the next required event — it cannot move money, change a role, invite a new member, or see anything outside your chapter. Safety-critical topics are redirected to human resources, not improvised by a language model.

Frequently asked questions

What kinds of Greek organizations does Greekly support?
Greekly supports fraternities and sororities across IFC, NPC (Panhellenic), NPHC, and multicultural Greek councils, as well as independent and local chapters. The platform is organization-agnostic and doesn't impose a governing body.
How is Greekly different from existing Greek life software?
Most existing Greek life software was built 10–15 years ago and shows its age — dated UI, slow support, and feature sets designed for a single narrow use case. Greekly is a modern rebuild: one roster, one login, one permissions model, covering every major chapter workflow (dues, events, recruitment, messaging, documents, alumni) in a single coherent product.
Does Greekly work on mobile?
Yes. Greekly is a responsive web platform — sisters and brothers use it on their phones without installing an app. Every feature, from dues payment to event check-in, works on mobile browsers.
Can multiple chapters at the same school use Greekly independently?
Yes. Each chapter has its own isolated workspace. Data, rosters, messages, and dues never cross between chapters — even when those chapters are at the same university and even when the same person is a member of two organizations.
How much does Greekly cost?
Greekly is priced per chapter with a flat recurring fee and no percentage cut on dues. Reach out through the contact form and we'll send pricing that matches your chapter size and what you need active.
Is our data secure?
Yes. Greekly uses encrypted connections, role-based permissions, optional end-to-end encryption on sensitive channels, and standard web security practices. Chapter data is isolated per chapter and never shared across organizations.
How do we migrate from our current tool?
Most chapters arrive with a CSV of their roster (or nothing at all, which also works). Onboarding is a 15-minute call plus roster import. We'll help you bring over historical dues balances if you need them in the new system.
